Rules and Regulations:

  1. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.  Photocopy of the registration form is acceptable.
  2. Registration form without payment will NOT be processed.  Please do NOT send cash.
  3. International Conference Consultants Ltd (ICC LTD) will send a letter of confirmation by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment.  Kindly check the letter of confirmation.  Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to ICC LTD.
  4. Cancellations must be made in writing to ICC LTD and the refund will be made after the meeting.  If cancellation is received on or before 30 September 2017, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fee.
  5. The program is subject to change without prior notice.  In the event of cancellation of the Meeting, the only liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
  6. All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to ICC LTD.
  7. All the payments are in Hong Kong Dollars only.  Exchange rate is approximately US$1 = HK$7.75.

Rules and Regulations (Hotel):

  1. Payment is in Hong Kong dollars.  The room rates include daily breakfast(s).
  2. To guarantee the special discount rates, reservations must be made through the Secretariat, International Conference Consultants Ltd (ICC LTD).  Credit card details are required by hotel to secure your reservation. 
  3. Hotel reservations will be taken on a “first-come, first-served” basis and subject to room availability.  Secretariat has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotels after 13 November 2017.  Therefore room availability and special rates for reservations made after that date cannot be guaranteed.
  4. The above hotel rates are only valid during the meeting period for delegates attending our meeting.  All bookings for days outside the meeting period will be subject to availability.
  5. Cancellation Policy:
  6. Cancellation on or before 13 November 2017 No Penalty
    Cancellation, change or shorten period of stay after 13 November 2017 or No Show Full room charge of the entire period of stay booked will be charged as cancellation fee.  The charges will be debited from your credit card.
